Mr. Pilla is committed to serving New Hampshire foster families in a professional and fiscally responsible manner. As NHFAPA grows and develops greater resources, this is more important than ever. Foster families deserve a support organization that will truly steward its resources and will serve families equitably throughout the state. Larry has been a parent since the 1990s, a foster parent since 2012, and an adoptive parent since 2014. He coordinates the annual NHFAPA Conference, and he teaches FACES classes through the Child Welfare Education Partnership at Granite State College. Mr. Pilla has been a NHFAPA board member at large since 2016.
