DCYF and Granite State College through the Child Welfare Education Partnership offer three caregiver training programs, each having different eligibility requirements. Informational sessions for potential foster parents: DJJS is responsible for providing supervision and rehabilitative services to youth adjudicated under state law as delinquent or as children in need of services (CHINS).
